We do not place restriction on the types of businesses and sectors that we can work with and assist. Our current client base is extremely varied and covers varying sectors such as pharmaceuticals, hotels and leisure, construction, food processing, retail, tool and plant hire, pubs, clubs and restaurants, sales, office, warehousing, manufacturing and distribution.
We endeavour to remain as flexible as possible with our fee structure. Our aim with all clients is to bring about initial implementation and improvement and then maintain systems and processes to ensure both legal compliance and organisational efficiency. Typically, most clients prefer to work with us on a monthly retainer basis. This way they can budget and spread the cost. However, every client we work with is different and when agreeing fees, we will always work with the client on an individual basis to agree a format that works best for them. For those Companies, requiring individual and ad hoc services, these would be charged on a piecemeal basis, thereby eliminating the need for an ongoing engagement.
Absolutely! We have worked with clients in this way many times before with great success and results. We recognise that our services and expertise may be essential for a business entering into a “stand alone” phase or scenario. For example a redundancy or TUPE exercise, an organisational re-structure, bespoke training needs or a recruitment drive.
All of our services and delivery are mapped out on a “menu” basis. Clients can use as much or as little of these individual elements as they wish. Whilst we have many clients who use our services very holistically, we have other businesses, which may only require ad hoc pieces of work or help. We make no distinction and are delighted to offer the same high standards of expertise and knowledge for them.
In the first instance, we would ask to come along and meet with the main Decision Maker at your offices or site. We would seek to gain a thorough overview of the organisation, structure, size, scope and activities as well as your short, medium and long term goals. It would also be very helpful to have a look around and see all areas of the building. These initial meetings are invaluable in helping us ascertain your current position, challenges and needs. We would discuss at length what we could offer and would suggest resources, timescales and methodology. We can also use this meeting to discuss fee structure and type of engagement.
